Bark & Butcher was developed within an artisanal butcher shop and applies our craftsmanship to dog nutrition. The innovation lies in the targeted processing of animal ingredients based on their structure and nutritional value. The terrine contains nutrient-dense organs such as beef liver and beef heart and provides naturally occurring nutrients, including vitamin A (142,000 IU/kg), iron (65 mg/kg) and zinc (25 mg/kg). Analysis also confirms the presence of naturally occurring taurine (0.031%). With a high protein content (16.2%), very low starch (<0.2%) and a formulation without carbohydrates or additives, the product meets canine nutritional needs. A slow, low-temperature cooking process preserves nutritional value and supports sustainable use of animal resources.
