Anido Awards 2012: spotlight on the latest new products in the pet care sector!

One of the most popular reasons for visiting Anido is to search for new products. At Anido 2012, the most innovative new products will once again be singled out for an award – and plenty of attention from the press! There is an award for the best product in the category ‘food’ and another for the category ‘accessories and care products’. The visitors will vote to select the winning products on the first day of the fair. The awards will be presented on Sunday evening. All attention will be focused on the winners of the competition AND on all the candidates! It is not just the press that takes a keen interest in innovations; that goes for visitors and exhibitors too. An attractive ‘innovation square’ will be set up in the exhibition floor to showcase new products and here on our website you will soon be able to see details of the new products as they register to enter the competition.

Pamper Yourself campaign Anido 2012

It’s a public secret that visitors at Anido are thoroughly pampered! Exhibitors go to great lengths to create superb stands and pamper their clients with special offers. And that’s not all. Exhibitors taking part offer their clients Anido points for the orders they place. At the end of the fair, exhibitors can exchange these points at the Pamper Yourself stand for multimedia products, pampering vouchers or wine.



Professional trimmers at work

Each time round, more and more professional dog groomers visit Anido. This is not just because of the amazing range of grooming products on show at the stands. The trimming demonstrations are also a powerful attraction. Kitty Dekeersgieter, international trimming champion and member of the jury at trimming competitions, will be presenting a complete, exclusive grooming programme. In the course of the 2-day fair, a number of different breeds will be professionally shampooed and trimmed. A must for all trimmers looking for the latest techniques and innovations!

Stand with live animals set up by VABI

Anido is a trade fair all about animals so there just have to be live animals on show! VABI, the Vrij Agro & Biotechnisch Instituut (agricultural and biotechnical institute) in Roeselare, will be setting up a superb stand with live animals: fish, reptiles, insects, farmyard animals, birds and more will be on display. Crèche

Don’t hesitate to bring your children with you on Sunday. There is an enclosed crèche and with monitors to entertain them non-stop. You can rest assured that your children will have a great time while you visit the exhibition.
